Since it’s stormy and I’m bored and Dissent is still getting the formatting on their swanky new website sorted out, I figured now would be a good time to repost a blog piece I did for them last year. For some reason, it’s gotten more traction than other crap that I write and I standby it as much as one can standby something scribbled by a then-undergraduate in an hour.

As for Klein herself, over the past year she seems to have moved into a more traditional democratic socialist perspective, but the analysis of the loose tendency still hold.
